Services through the Site
Users provide information during some of the processes of using
Avatarpoints services. We break down users of our service into
tthree catergories, Clients, Media and Experts, Client must provide
financial information such as a credit card number and expiration date
(or paypal information) in order to pay for services or products
rendered or purchased. Experts must provide information such as
name and mailing adress information or (or paypal information) in order
to recieve their payment from Avatarpoint. The information we
collect from Clients and Experts is to provide users with the best
possible service. If we have trouble providing that service, we
may use contact information to get in touch with the user.
Customer Expert Commmunication Using Avatarpoint Services
The
main purpose of Avatarpoint is to allow registered Experts to provide Clients with
services that Clients need. Avatarpoint may host live conversations, email
exchanges and scheduling between Clients and Experts through its web site. In
the process, Avatarpoint does not disclose the phone numbers, email addresses
or full names of its users, nor do we share this information among interacting
Experts and Clients. Avatarpoint does not screen or edit the content of
communications between Clients and Experts. Such communications are personal
and private unless both parties agree to additional distribution. Avatarpoint
keeps information relayed between
the Customer and the Expert confidential. No other users of Avatarpoint have
access to this information.
Security
Your
information is stored on our servers located in the United States. Despite preventative
security measures taken by Avatarpoint, persons may unlawfully intercept or
access transmissions or private communications and other persons may abuse or
misuse personal information that they collect from our site. Accordingly, Avatarpoint
is not liable for the improper release or misuse of personal information or
private communications
